A full gut renovation transformed this 1950s Arizona ranch into a fresh take on midcentury design. Completed on a modest budget, the project combined DIY exterior updates, locally sourced unfinished stone floors, and vintage furnishings found in neighborhood thrift shops. The result captures the warmth and optimism of the 1950s while feeling timeless, modern, and distinctly grounded in its desert setting.
